98% of Americans pretty sure Bosnia is somewhere in Africa, study reveals

After the United States knocked Bosnia out of the World Cup, a new study has revealed that 98% of Americans think Bosnia and Herzegovina is somewhere in Africa. 

It comes after a US reporter apologised for saying she couldn’t point out Bosnia on a map, with 98% of her fellow countrymen seemingly in agreement. 

“It’s next to Nigeria,” said a confident Chuck Williams, adjusting his MAGA hat.

“It’s definitely somewhere in that region of shithole countries. You know, around Somalia and Minsk. Somebody on the internet said it borders Wakanda, but I’m not sure how true that is. I just know it’s in the shape of a boot.

“I’m pretty solid at geography. I don’t want to brag, but I got a D in a pop quiz once. My dad put the test up on the refrigerator and everything. Although I must admit, before someone told me it was a country I actually thought Uzbekistan was an actor. You know, like Sebastian Stan. 

“Clearly they have a problem with immigration, did you see how many white people they had in their team? That’s outrageous for an African team. They need to build a wall.

“To be honest, I don’t really care where Bosnia is. Especially now the US has annihilated them. They were not prepared for the kind of kickball we’re going to play. We’re shoves so many balls in their goal hole they’ll probably stop being a country altogether. This isn’t a friendly competition, this is war!

“I bet the Bosnians wouldn’t know a war if it shot them in the face, would they?”
