Man enters fourth hour watching reels warning of the addictive nature of social media

A man has entered his fourth hour of watching reels about the addictive and damaging effects of spending too much time on social media.
Simon Willians, who briefly clicked on some reels about a judgement in America regarding social media addiction, has now entered his fourth hour of watching other related reels about how watching lots of reels is really bad for your mental health.
Speaking earlier he told us, “I’ve had to book the morning off work.
“I just can’t stop watching these reels about not watching too many reels, it’s actually really interesting, the effects it has on people.
“As soon as I finish one, I plan to put my phone down, but then another one pops up about what can happen to someone who spends far too long watching this kind of stuff, and it’s pretty scary, really.
“There are so many people it has affected, and it appears as if they have all done reels about it, with advertisements in between, of course.
“I do intend to put my phone down shortly though, as soon as I’ve finished this next reel about a person who began to suffer severe anxiety and social withdrawal after spending too much time on their phone.”
Asked if he will be going into work this afternoon we were told “Shhhh, look at this one, I’ll go in after this one, I promise.”
