Super cool Rachel Reeves to raise sugar tax by like SIX….  SEVEN percent ⁶🤷⁷

Chancellor Rachel Reeves has instantly become the coolest Chancellor in history today by announcing she will raise sugar tax  by like SIXXX Seveeeeen percent. 

The increase,  which was announced via a Tik Tok dance earlier will come into effect in approximately six or seven days, much to the delight of children everywhere. 

Speaking earlier a buoyant Rachel  Reeves confirmed, “I’m doing it for the kids.

“I can confirm that we will be raising taxes on sugar, and a lot of other things obviously,  but we’re going to be really cool about it. 

“We have therefore decided to raise the taxes by… wait for it….. SIX….. or SEVEN percent!

“Do you get it? Like the whole six-seven thing? People will love it. It’s hilarious. 

“Just tell your kids and they will think I’m well cool, and not just another fucking liar in parliament.” 

Asked if she has any other plans to appeal to the youth and try to remain relevant, she told us, “erm…… you know……. SIX-SEVEN….”
