ChatGPT recommends adding pinch of cyanide to man’s banana bread

OpenAI’s controversial ChatGPT has come under more fire today after the chatbot recommended adding a pinch of cyanide to a man’s banana bread recipe.
“It was an absolute nightmare to find in Tesco,” said amateur baker Simon Williams.
“When I asked ChatGPT for a banana bread recipe I expected flour, baking soda and maybe some vanilla extract. The cyanide definitely came as a bit of a shock. It must make the dough rise or something.
“Thinking about it, the chatbot was acting a bit strange. When I asked how thin I should slice the bananas it kept telling me to skip the bananas altogether and just ram the knife straight into my throat. I mean, I’m quite new to baking. Does that make the recipe taste better? I’m not convinced.
“I was also a bit sceptical about tying the leftover banana peels into a noose. I’m all for re-purposing rubbish I would otherwise throw away, but it did feel like an odd request.
“Again, I’m a baking novice. I’m sure Mary Berry does this kind of thing all the time. Having said that, I can’t find any of her recipes that require twenty paracetamol capsules.
“Maybe I should’ve taken up knitting instead.”
