Daniel levy wondering how long he has to leave it before sacking Ange Postecoglou

Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy has been left wondering how long he will have to leave it before sacking manager Ange Postecoglu, after the Aussie led his team to the Europa League title against Manchester United last night.
The under-pressure boss saw his team overcome Manchester United 1-0, which experts predict could buy him literally minutes of reprieve in his bid to avoid the sack from his trigger-happy boss.
It was widely expected that Postecoglu would be fired within minutes of the final whistle has Spurs lost, given their dreadful league form, but a European trophy has forced Levy to holster his weapon, albeit temporarily.
A source close to Levy told us, “I’ve never seen Daniel looking so delighted and so dejected at the same time.
“He can’t sack a manager who has just won a trophy, he’d be vilified – well, even more than he usually is.
“But how long does he have to wait until he can sack him? A week? Until the league season is over? Until after they’ve paraded the trophy for the fans? Before the transfer window opens? Before it shuts?
“What we do know is that Daniel is itching to ditch Big Ange, and Spurs winning a major European bloody trophy has totally ruined that for him.”
