Fury at ‘two-tier’ legal system as tormenting Hawk escapes with 12-month Community Order

Villagers have been left furious at Labour’s two-tier legal system after a Harris Hawk, which has attacked more than 50 people, escaped with a 12-month Community Order.
The Hawk, which was eventually captured in Flamstead last week, will also be made to complete 120 hours of unpaid work as part of the sentencing, which many villagers have furiously argued is simply not enough.
Reacting to the news villager Simon Williams told us “It’s disgusting. Kier Starmer’s justice system is broken.
“It should have been a custodial sentence, without a doubt. He is a violent offender and has shown little if no remorse for his actions.
“This is just typical of Labour’s broken Britain, and will open the floodgates for similar attacks with absolutely no fear of punishment for the offending person, or hawk.
“I have no doubt whatsoever that this hawk will offend again and it’s the public who will suffer, not the political elite who don’t care about justice.
“There’s no rehabilitation here. He won’t change. And the tax payer will foot the bill as usual.”
Asked what punishment he feels should have been handed to the Harris hawk, we were told “A whole life order, or execution by air rifle. That’ll teach the bastard.”
