Sky sports has come under fire from broadcasting watchdogs after claims that it’s female presenters are “too attractive”.
Television watchdogs have received numerous complaints against the channel from irate viewers who, blinded by beauty, have absolutely no idea what is going on in the world of sports.
“It’s just not right,” said Joe Docker, 25.
“I tuned in at 9:45pm to find out how the Darts had finished, and before I knew it, it was 3am and I had absolutely NO IDEA who’d won the Darts. These women are too distracting”
The channel, which receives approximately one million predominantly male viewers, has been running since 1994 and offers a rotating news service dedicated to sports reporting.
Gorgeous
Adam Woodyatt, a spokesman for the channel, vehemently denies the claims. “We recruit solely on journalistic ability. I can assure all of our viewers that it is a complete coincidence that all of our female news anchors are absolutely smoking hot babes.”
The presenters were unavailable for comment once they realised we were not from Nuts, Loaded or FHM.
