Reform voters wondering why Nigel Farage hasn’t moved into Number 10 yet

Following the party’s strong showing in the Holyrood, Senedd and English council elections last week, Reform UK voters are apparently confused as to why Nigel Farage hasn’t moved into 10 Downing Street yet.
Hundreds of Reform voters gathered outside Downing Street this morning expecting to see Nigel Farage moving his furniture into Number 10, but were furious to find out Keir Starmer was still the Prime Minister.
“Hang on, I thought Nigel was Prime Minister now?” said Derek Williams, baffled to see Starmer walking through the door of Number 10.
“Reform won loads of seats. We’ve got nearly 1,500 councillors now. Doesn’t that mean Nigel gets to live there? Maybe I’m missing something, but I’m sure winning council seats means we take control of the House of Commons. Is that not right?
“Hey! Why is Rachel Reeves going into Number 11?! Someone stop her! You can’t just walk into Robert Jenrick’s house without asking! That’s trespassing! What? She’s still Chancellor? But we won Gateshead Council! Surely that means we get to choose the new Chancellor of the Exchequer?
“This is so unfair. Nigel said voting Reform would get Keir Starmer out, and now you’re telling me he’s still Prime Minister?! That was half the reason I even voted for them in the first place.
“It’s almost like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear.”
