Oasis fan denied entry for not wearing any Adidas or Stone Island

An Oasis fan was denied entry to the band’s gig in Cardiff this Saturday after security noticed he wasn’t wearing anything from Adidas or Stone Island.

The Britpop legends made their triumphant return this weekend at the Principality Stadium, only for a number of unlucky fans to be turned away because of their poor choice of attire.

“I knew I shouldn’t have worn that Next shirt to the gig,” said a furious Simon Williams.

“My wife bought it me for Christmas and she’d noticed I haven’t worn it yet. To save myself from an argument I stupidly wore it to the gig instead of my Stone Island jacket. Like a fucking idiot.

“I don’t even blame the security guard. She was only doing her job. I should’ve known better. Have you ever tried starting a fight in a Next shirt? The other bloke just laughs at you.

“I tried to put the Next shirt in the bin and just go into the stadium bare-chested. Apparently you’re only allowed to take your shirt off during Don’t Look Back in Anger, so unfortunately that plan went straight out the window.

“The ironic thing is I’ve ended up spending five grand on a ticket to their gig in Manchester, which caused an even bigger argument with my wife than if I’d just refused to wear the Next shirt.

“That’ll teach me for not trying to get the badge in.”
