London landlord charging £5,000-a-month to live in Jaden Smith’s house-shaped hat

A London landlord is allegedly telling prospective tenants it will cost £5,000 a month to live in the house-shaped hat Jaden Smith wore to this year’s Grammy Awards.
Jaden Smith, son of Hollywood actor Will Smith, went viral after wearing an odd piece of headwear shaped like a castle to this year’s Grammy Awards, which is already being taken advantage of by the London property market.
“You could fit a family of four in there easily,” said landlord Simon Williams. “Trust me. I’ve rented out properties a lot smaller for a lot more money.
“I mean, where else could you get a castle for five grand a month? It’s an absolute steal when you think about it.
“Don’t forget, it’s mobile as well. You can take your new house anywhere in the world. It’s like a camper van, just without the bedrooms, bathroom or kitchen.
“So, if you’re interested feel free to send any enquiries to simonwilliams at fleecedproperties.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
“And yes, the house hat is insured for any slap-related damages that may occur.”
This year’s Grammys saw Beyoncé take home her first album of the year award, though it seems not everyone has a home to go back to.
“Great, where am I supposed to sleep now?” said a furious Jaden Smith.
“I never thought a landlord would just evict someone simply because a better offer came along.”
