Brave Holly Willoughby somehow drags herself to work after the unprecedented trauma of being lied to by a man

Brave Holly Willoughby has returned to work this morning, despite the unprecedented trauma of being lied to by a man.
Willoughby, who was not even married to the man in question, was repeatedly lied to in circumstances that many are describing as “the very first of their kind.”
Sharon Williams told us, “She’s so brave. Imagine going back to work to do the job you are handsomely paid for, knowing that you had been lied to by a man. And worse, knowing that other people know a man lied to you. I don’t know how she does it.
“If a man ever lied to me, I’d probably go and live in the woods somewhere and never show my face again in civilised society.”
However, non-morons have shrugged their shoulders at the ‘achievement’ of going back to work after a man lied to you.
Deborah Matthews told us, “Let’s be clear about this; if the nation’s women didn’t return to work every time they were lied to by a man, then the nation’s offices would entirely bereft of women.
“Nothing would ever get done. The sole reason this country still functions is because women are pretty good at dealing with the fact that men lie to them. A lot.”
Man Derek Smith told us, “That’s outrageous. I have NEVER lied to a woman.
“Well, except when the lie would benefit me in some way, or help me avoid doing something I didn’t want to do. Then, yes, I’ll bullshit away with the best of them. Obviously.
“But otherwise, no way. Never.”
