Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex has lost his right to privacy because he willingly went on television to talk about himself, which obviously means everything in his private life is now fair game, according to the Internet’s leading morons this morning.
Harry, whose wife has successfully sued newspapers for invading her privacy, has found himself a target amongst that section of the population keen to identify themselves as ‘easily manipulated by tabloid proprietors’.
One such gullible idiot, Derek Williams, told us, “How dare Harry complain about the press invading his privacy and then have the audacity to go on television to talk to someone he was happy to be interviewed by.
“Everyone knows that media scrutiny is entirely binary in its nature, which means that if you conduct so much as a brief radio interview, you are giving permission to every bottom-feeding tabloid hack to go through your bins.
“There is no grey area here. You either become a hermit, never to be seen or heard from ever again, or the newspapers are allowed to go through the most private details of your entire life with a fine-toothed comb.
“He has made his choice, and now he has to live with it. Otherwise, he will just be a massive hypocrite, which would be one more reason to hate him.”
Meanwhile, non-morons have sighed loudly at yet more media criticism of a man for using a television appearance to promote something.
Simon Williams told us, “I get it, people don’t like him – and you know what, not liking someone isn’t illegal, so fair enough.
“But the tabloid press has a long history of illegal behaviour, so if you want to take a side in this fight, I’d look very closely indeed at who you are defending.
“Any time you find yourself thinking, ‘hang on, I agree with the Daily Mail on this’, is a good time to re-evaluate your life choices.”
I think, therefore, I am (not a Daily Mail reader) – get yours HERE!
