The NRA has answered “More guns” without waiting for anyone to even ask them a question today.
At a hastily convened press conference this morning, Spokesman Simon-Bob Williams didn’t bother waiting for any members of the press to ask anything before answering ‘more guns’ to things nobody had even said.
Calling for questions, Mr Williams looked at the raised hands around the room before nodding and saying ‘More guns’ several times at each one before adding that an armed population is a safe and respectful population.
He then threw open the floor to comments.
“What is your position on-”
“More guns.”
“But what about-”
“More guns.”
“Would you like a cup of coffee?”
“More guns.”
In a released statement the NRA confirmed that baseball players should be routinely armed from now on, and they support the installation of firearm vending machines in schools to allow students to defend themselves in the event of future incidents.
