America is reportedly concerned that it doesn’t have quite enough guns and is considering getting some more.
“Okay, so we’ve definitely got quite a lot of guns,” said Hamburger Baseball, a spokesperson for America.
“But I think there is a concern that we don’t have quite enough guns yet.
“I mean, yes, many people have a number of guns that they keep in their house like that’s a completely normal thing for a person to do, but what about that handful of people who don’t have guns in their house, they should probably get some guns.
“And perhaps those people who do have guns in their house need more guns?
“Yeah, I really think we’re going to need more guns.”
It was put to Mr Baseball that perhaps the money for more guns could be more wisely spent on providing free healthcare or more housing.
“I mean, yeah, I guess it could. If you wanted free healthcare or more housing, but then if you did that then you wouldn’t be able to get more guns so, I don’t know man, that sounds kind of dumb to me.”
Mr Baseball went on to describe the sort of guns that America was planning to get.
“Real cool ones! Ones that make you feel like a total badass when you point them and then tilt your hand to the side. Those are wicked cool.”
Mr Baseball also confirmed America’s plans for after it had got more guns.
“I don’t know man, I guess we’ll probably go get some more guns.”
