Rishi Sunak’s burgeoning film career to continue with role in new Scorsese picture

Rishi Sunak movie career

Rishi Sunak, Chancellor of the Exchequer and ‘Being Wrong’ magazine’s 2020 Man of the Year, has been cast in the new upcoming Martin Scorsese film, it was revealed this morning.

The news comes in the wake of his stunning performance of a competent politician in the video his department released yesterday.

“Yeah. He’s good. He’s really good,” said the legendary director.

“You watch that film they made and you’re like, who is this guy? This hero? This man who saved Britain from Covid and economic ruin. He is, like, a genius. He’s the single greatest man to ever live. He must be.

“Then you read up about him and you just find this guy who is, like, just really incompetent. Really stupid. Who consistently and continually put people’s lives at risk with every decision he made, who wants to pay people to sit in restaurants to give each other Covid! Who wants to send infected people to work.

“Just the opposite of what you see in the picture.

“I mean, you know, it’s a fantasy film and I’ve made my feelings on fantasy films pretty clear. But to watch someone inhabit this role so far removed from who he really is? I’m impressed, and I want the kid in my next picture.”

It is understood that Sunak will play the role of a weaselly little henchman to a pompous vainglorious gangster hellbent on destroying everything for the sake of his own ego.
