Donald Trump’s Twitter account has been verified by the platform as being chock full of hazardous material.

After receiving criticism for letting President Trump Tweet things that would get less powerful users blocked, the social media giant has finally taken action and clearly flagged his account as poisonous.

“We have a responsibility to highlight just how dangerous his content is,” explained Twitter’s Head of Standards Simon Williams.

“We considered a number of warning symbols including a bright orange clown face and a man in a white coat. However, we decided these were either too flippant or too subtle.

“We concluded that a skull and crossbones warning triangle is entirely appropriate in Trump’s case given the fact that people have literally died as a direct result of his comments on bleach and anti-malaria medication.

“Obviously we won’t remove him from the platform entirely because he’s good entertainment value and that actually generates us shitloads of ad revenue.”

The President is not happy with Twitter’s actions.

“CAN’T BELIEVE ANYTHING ON TWITTER!!” he Tweeted. “FAKE NEWS!!

“I AM PRESIDENT MAN AND I WILL NOT LET MY FREE SPEECH BE UNFREED!”

Twitter are now planning to change the blue ticks of other politicians, including those in the UK.

“Matt Hancock probably deserves a black cross in a yellow triangle – the standard symbol for a health danger,” said Mr Williams.

“We might give Michael Gove an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle as he just requires generic caution.

“And Boris Johnson’s robust defence of Dominic Cummings will probably earn him a white feather.”
