A ceasefire between Syrian government forces and rebel groups is expected to remain in place until they can find more buildings to bomb.
Human rights groups, who are monitoring the situation, revealed that most of the country was calm overnight, but some rebel groups and armed loyalists are seeking to destroy the truce by constructing buildings and then knocking them down again.
Despite the ceasefire, a spokesman revealed that isolated clashes have been reported.
“Fighting broke out briefly after a rumour surfaced that a hospital was still standing,” he said.
“Fortunately the rumours proved to be false and peace was restored.”
