Kim Kardashian, who has had nude photographs of herself stolen as part of a robbery at her Paris apartment, has today expressed her fears that they won’t be released on to the internet.
The nude photos were stolen during the robbery early on Monday morning, and the reality star fears that not only will she never see them again, neither will millions of internet users worldwide.
Legal experts report that Kardashian may seek an injunction forcing the publication of the photos, but France, which has some of the strictest privacy laws in the world, has recently clamped down on the publication of paparazzi and hacked photographs, and the fear is that the robbers may get scared and just destroy the revealing images.
Kardashian said at a press conference, “It’s every reality star’s worst nightmare. These nudes may be gone for good.”
Kardashian then went on to make a heart-felt plea to the robbers: “If you can’t return the photos, please just leave them safe in a public place – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Picasa…”
