Ku Klux Klan big supporters of #BlackLivesMatter, claims Ken Livingstone

Ken Livingstone

Ken Livingstone has claimed that the Ku Klux Klan are massive supporters of the #BlackLivesMatter movement, if you just ignore all of the horrific racism stuff.

Livingstone told BBC Radio London that although the history books might show the KKK being very much against the rights of black people, it’s actually a big supporter of #BlackLivesMatter.

He said, “Let’s remember that back in the 1930’s the Ku Klux Klan had a policy of keeping black people away from white people, they didn’t want to specifically hurt the black people; they thought their lives mattered, a bit.

“All of that mad stuff about lynching stuff came about later when they couldn’t get their way in keeping black people in a separate place.

“I think we all have to accept that, deep down, the KKK are actually strong supporters of black people.”

We were told Labour would comment officially, just as soon as their spokesperson comes out of the small cupboard where they are currently chanting, “Just one day, is that too much to ask for? Just one bloody day.”
