Donald Trump has reacted to criticism in exactly the manner one would expect from an American President.
Meryl Streep, an actress who pretends things for a living and probable member of the liberal elite, said something or other about Donald Trump during her speech which was far too long.
Trump took to Twitter at 4am to say “I love Meryl Streep. She’s great. I saw Mamma Mia three times, I think it’s great.
“And hey, she’s entitled to her opinion, folks. If there’s one thing in this world I appreciate, it’s women over the age of twenty-eight with opinions.
“She said some things that were hard to hear, folks. But sometimes a guy has to listen and learn and sometimes that’s a hard thing to do.
“We all need to take heed of how we can better ourselves, how we can come together as one great country and that’s how we’re going to make America great again.”
Trump’s advisor, Chuck Williams said, “Lesser candidates might hit back with ad hominem attacks regarding Meryl’s acting ability.
“But the Donald is a class act, and he often tells me that Meryl’s performance in The River Wild remains one of the stronger allegories for modern feminism that he’s seen.”
