Television’s Ant and Dec have been praised for their new board game where facts don’t matter, and players can choose to ignore the answers written by the liberal establishment elite.
Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway is the nation’s first post-truth boardgame, where success is based on shouting your opinion the loudest, rather that whether you are technically correct.
“Facts don’t matter,” explained game designer Simon Williams who worked on the project.
Televisions Ant and Dec have been praised for their new board game where facts don’t matter, and players can choose to ignore the answers written by the liberal establishment elite.
“If 2016 taught us anything, it’s that objective fact is nothing more than a hindrance in trying to get on in life – so we put that into boardgame format.
“When questions are asked during the game, you are free to shout your preferred lies, or scream something you just made up, until the other players agree to let you move around the board.
“There is a special loudest round where the question is asked and the winner is just about who shouts their answer the most convincingly while offering convincing reasons why the other players are ‘special snowflakes’.
“It’s also quite environmentally friendly, as we only have to print the questions, not the answers – no-one cares about ‘answers’ anyway.
“As the cover of the board game explains, correct answers are nothing more than the tool of the liberal elite who want to hold back good, ordinary British people.”
