I’m a Celebrity hits disgusting new low as contestants fed nothing but Government lies

I'm a Celebrity diet

Television viewers were left disgusted last night as contestants on hit TV show I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here, were fed government lies in a vile bushtucker trial.

Ofcom received 5000 complaints from viewers, and ITV will now face an investigation by the watchdog.

Wayne Bridge was forced to look on in horror as a video of Boris Johnson saying “instead of funding the EU, let’s give £350 million to the NHS instead” was played before him.

The former Premier League star gagged several times but held his nerve throughout the clip, which secured a star for his camp.

Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt was not so lucky, however.

She threw up as a video of Theresa May giving a speech in which she promised a “UK equal for everyone” was played.

Presenters Ant and Dec looked away as the contestant held her head in her hands and sobbed, while Prime Minister May’s voice cackled away in the background.

An insider later said, “We went too far, and we know it. I just hope the poor contestants and viewers can get over the sickening things they had to watch.”

A further Bushtucker trial called ‘The Farage coffin’ has now been scrapped with the insider going on to say, “The plan was to have a celebrity try and survive a minute inside a coffin with Nigel Farage.

“After much deliberation, we decided we simply could not put a contestant through that.”
