Katie Hopkins grabs popcorn settles in for coverage of drowning migrants

Katie Hopkins migration tragedy

Television coverage of migrants drowning in the mediterranean sea has forced to Katie Hopkins to turn off her phone and settle in for the best days television in a long time.

Hundreds of people are feared to have drowned after a boat carrying up to 700 migrants capsized in the Mediterranean Sea, with Hopkins hungrily chomping down popcorn in the hope of better pictures.

Due to it being a human tragedy affecting people that Katie Hopkins thinks of as cockroaches, the coverage is proving more entertaining for the Sun columnist than an all-day Netflix binge.

A friend of Hopkins told us, “She’s not answering her phone, and she messaged me to say she’s going to be busy all day glued to the television.”

“She’s hoping to see hundreds of bodies pulled from the water – it’s like her porn.”

“She’s only sorry they’re not riddled with bullet holes.”

Human Rights experts Simon Williams said the tragedy affecting migrants trying to leave Libya could prove to be the worst of any seen in the mediterranean.

Williams told us, “We could be looking at a loss of life running into the hundreds, each death being a person desperately fleeing a war-torn region in the hope of a better life for them and their families.”

“Looking at these tragic scenes I can only imagine Hopkins is currently glued to her television and on the verge of orgasm.”
